The film stars Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, America Ferrera, Jonah Hill, TJ Miller, Kristen Wiig, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. The film was directed by Dean DeBlois, who also served as its writer and co-producer with Bonnie Arnold.
